Mr. Noe Vicente B. Castro, Vice-Chairman of the Dumalag Water District Board of Directors, representing the Civic Sector came all the way from Dumalag, Capiz to visit the Metropolitan Naga Water District (MNWD) last March 20, 2017.

He also visited the MNWD’s Watershed Site and was also part of a meeting with: the MNWD Board of Directors Chairperson, Jorge T. Palma; Division Manager of the Planning, Design, and Construction Division (PDCD) and concurrent OIC Division Manager of the Environment and Water Resource Division (EWRD), Engr. Virgilio B. Luansing I; Watershed Section head Engr. Gilbert V. Eleazar; the EWRD team; and OIC of the Public Relations and External Affairs Section (PREAS) Ms. Maide D. Sison. They shared best practices with regards to water and watershed management. In the afternoon, Mr. Castro also attended the opening program of the District’s 2017 World Water Day Celebration held at the SM City Naga Event Center.
