To say that Valentine’s Day is only for those who share “special affection” towards each other is a fallacy. The love month definitely does not discriminate; young and old, friends and families, couples and uncommitted, in all forms and sizes celebrate love.

The Metropolitan Naga Water District (MNWD) on February 14, 2018, joined in the celebration by sharing the love to its member-consumers. Both the customers and employees were greeted by the red heart-shaped balloons at the lobby with messages to inspire and lift their spirits.

It was indeed something to cheer upon as excitement and glowing faces filled the MNWD premises brought by the gesture. It was without a doubt, simple and sweet.

Prior to the celebration, the MNWD family took their part in preparing the souvenir that will be given away. Inspiring messages were collected and properly selected that would suit the purpose of the occasion.

As MNWD continues to aspire for excellent service, customer value will always be put into perspective. The celebration reminded all of us to appreciate and do the little things that add character and dynamism to MNWD’s services.

And in order to fulfill our commitment, Valentine’s Day helped us remember to carry it through with a heart. (Auria S. Gonzales)
