Title: MNWD’s Camaligan Reservoir Project
The Metropolitan Naga Water District (MNWD) Camaligan Reservoir Project with a capacity of 880m3, at San Roque, Camaligan now nearing its completion by mid February of 2016, aims to augment the water supply for the residents of Camaligan and adjacent municipalities.
This project construction started last August 2015 in which, the Local Government Unit of Camaligan supported in the realization by providing the project for the backfilling of the reservoir’s site amounting to One Million Pesos (₱ 1,000,000.00), as counterpart.
Aside from this project in Camaligan, the MNWD also completed the Canaman Reservoir Complex with three (3) ground tanks and Mabolo reservoir with a capacity of 1,181m3 and 400m3 respectively, to augment the water supply for the residents of Canaman and Mabolo.
The MNWD is continuously doing its best to address the increasing demand of potable water of the district’s service coverage area.
MNWD’s Camaligan Reservoir Project at Camaligan, Camarines Sur is now in its 83.66% of completion.
