The Metropolitan Naga Water District (MNWD) launched the “Wear a Smile” Campaign spearheaded by AGM Virgilio B. Luansing I last March 5, 2018, during the Flag Raising Ceremony.

The “Wear a Smile” Campaign of the MNWD aims to create a more pleasant environment in the workplace in order to optimize good relationships among employees and customers, increase employees’ productivity rate and quality of performance, boost physical and emotional health benefits brought by exhibiting a positive disposition, and foster the MNWD culture that cultivates grit and commitment to public service.

Through this campaign, the water district is able to highlight the value accorded to member-consumers by ensuring a warm welcome and an amiable ambiance with their transaction.

The “Wear a Smile” Campaign further emphasizes the desire of MNWD to be more immersed in the community it serves.

The District recognizes that its success is not limited to its internal operation but, also because of the community as an integral reason of its existence. (Auria S. Gonzales)
