The Camarines Sur Council of Human Resource Management Practitioners (CSCHRMP) made official its new set of officers during the General Assembly and Election of Officers conducted last August 23, 2018 at the Villa Caceres Hotel, Naga City.

Elected as President of the association is Ricardo B. Felix III, Division Manager of the Metropolitan Naga Water District (MNWD) Human Resource Division. Mr. Felix’s appointment together with the rest of the officers shall hold office for two (2) years until their successors are duly elected and qualified.

Comprised by representatives from agencies, local government units, and offices in Camarines Sur, the CSCHRMP was formed to promote among different agencies, through study and discussion, uniform and consistent interpretation and application of Human Resource (HR) policies; serve as clearing house of information and stimulate the use of methods of HR that will contribute most to good government; and serve as a medium to foster partnership with the Civil Service Commission (CSC) and all agencies of the government; come up with best practices that may be adopted as policies, to name a few.

Meanwhile, as President of the CSCHRMP, Mr. Felix III shall manage and supervise the business affairs of the association, implement the administrative and operational policies of the association as resolved by the Board of Trustees, and represent the association in all activities and objectives of the association among others.

The focus and hard work put in by Mr. Felix III to his profession in Human Resource Management has earned the respect and trust of the CSCHRMP members and Board of Trustees.
