Title:CSC Issues Certificate of Registration to MNWD-MNWDEU CNA

Civil Service Commission (CSC) Camarines Sur Field Officer, Director Jocelyn L. Marifosque congratulated and handed-over the Certificate of Registration of the Collective Negotiation Agreement ( C N A) to MNWD General Manager Cesar H. Federizon and to the Employees Union Officers during the flag raising ceremony, this morning, April 4, 2016, at the MNWD grounds.

Certificate of Registration No. 1030 was issued Pursuant to the Amended Rules and Regulations Governing the Exercise of the Right of Government Employees to Organize. The C N A entered into by and between the MNWD Employees Union (MNWDEU) and the MNWD Management after having complied with the prescribed requirements of the above mentioned Rules and regulations was registered by the Commission effective December 11, 2015 to December 11, 2018.

This certificate was issued last February 19, 2016 in Quezon City, signed by the new CSC Chairperson Alicia dela Rosa-Bala, CSC Commissioners Robert S. Martinez and Nieves L. Osorio, attested by the Human Resource Relations Officer, Dir. Alan F. Alegria.
