Title: Shortened Saturday Water Bill Collection of Payment

Beginning March 5, 2016, Saturday water bill collection of payments at the MNWD office will be shortened to four(4) hours from 8:00 a.m. to 12:00 noon, with two (2) friendly tellers to accommodate the paying clients.

It was noted that from the time SM City Naga accepted water bill payments last December 2015, the customers paying in the MNWD office during Saturdays declined.

In response, the Management and the Honorable Members of the Board of Directors decided to shorten the said schedule of collection for cost cutting reasons.
