Wednesday, September 9, 2015, 8: 00 a.m. until 5:00 p.m., will be the bloodletting activity hosted by the Civil Service Commission (CSC) in line with its 115th Anniversary Celebration in Metropolitan Naga Water District (MNWD) 3rd Floor Admin. Building as the venue, which caters all interested individuals ready to donate blood, the CSC announced.
