MNWD Celebrates 115th Philippine Civil Service Anniversary Celebration
MNWD’s Acting General Manager Cesar H. Federizon led MNWD staff off to Nabua, Camarines Sur as early as 5:00 am to participate and celbrate with CSC’s “Kick-off” ceremony, September 1, 2015 for the 115th Philippine Civil Service Anniversary with the inspiring theme ” Kayang-kaya mo yan, Lingkod Bayani”.
The highlights were simultaneous Tree Planting, Footwalk Parade, and Celebration of the Holy Eucharist, inspiring messages and parlor games.

Determination and strong physical stamina is needed to endure walking in a grassy, slippery nature’s trail and crossing over two rocky, clean, serene river before reaching the tree planting site at Tandaay, Nabua, Camarines Sur.
Various forest trees blessed and planted for the next generations.

After Planting Trees, here comes a Footwalk Parade– Untiring and energetic Lingkod Bayanis’ of Metropolitan Naga Water District in their flaming red polo shirts together with other GOCC’s walked around the town proper of Nabua, Camarines Sur.
