MNWD’s New Innovative Customer Service: 24/7 Communication Center (CoMCen)
The Metro Naga Water District never stops to think of ways to make things easier to the public it serves. The newest innovation is the Communication Center (ComCen), a call center open 24/7, Mondays to Sunday, to take all sorts of calls regarding water emergencies and concerns.
The ComCen is manned by trained customer service representatives who will adhere to the “No call goes unanswered” policy.

This ComCen is partnered with skilled plumbers on standby 24/7 who will immediately respond to reported leakages, no water, low pressure, and other water emergency concerns.
Billing inquiries, application for new water service connections, relocation and reconnection of water meters, and other services offered by MNWD will also be entertained.
Direct calls to concerned division for inquiries highly technical in nature can also be coursed thru the ComCen.
The Communication Center also maintains emergency call list and update contact information of all divisions, MNWD officers, and partner agencies used for emergency-related purposes.
